1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using YOUTH ADVENTURE TOURISM 's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour departure date. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee
• Cancellation 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: No refund
• No-show: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

4. Changes to Itinerary

YOUTH ADVENTURE TOURISM reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, natural disasters, political situations, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives.

5. Travel Documents

It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits) required for their tour. YOUTH ADVENTURE TOURISM is not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or missing documents.

6. Liability

YOUTH ADVENTURE TOURISM acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party service providers. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all tours.
