Haridwar to Govindghat
Drive from Haridwar/Rishikesh to Govindghat via Joshimath.
Scenic drive along the Alaknanda River valley.
Arrive by evening. Check-in and rest.

Day 2
Govindghat to Ghangaria
Trek along the Lakshman Ganga river through a narrow gorge.
The trail is well-paved but involves continuous ascent.
Pass through small settlements and waterfalls.
Arrive at Ghangaria — the base for both Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib.

Day 3
Ghangaria to Valley of Flowers and back
The highlight day! Trek into the Valley of Flowers National Park.
Witness a carpet of wildflowers — orchids, poppies, marigolds, daisies and more.
Spot rare Brahma Kamal and Blue Poppy flowers.
Spend 3-4 hours exploring the valley.
Return to Ghangaria by evening.

Ghangaria to Hemkund Sahib and back
Early start for the steep climb to Hemkund Sahib.
The trail ascends through boulder-strewn terrain and snow patches.
Visit the sacred Gurudwara beside the glacial lake at 15,200 ft.
Stunning views of seven Himalayan peaks surrounding the lake.
Descend back to Ghangaria.

Descend back to Govindghat. Mostly downhill and easier on the return.

Govindghat to Haridwar
Drive back to Haridwar/Rishikesh.
Arrive by evening. Trek concludes.
